If you have ever wondered what a country glam wedding would look like I want you to take a look into The Castillo's wedding. Erica and Phillips wedding was the perfect definition of a "Country Glam" wedding.
When Erica and I first met she told me about her love for sun flowers and how she wanted to incorporate them in to their wedding. It was a first for me but I LOVED everything about the arrangements with them and her bouquet was just perfect.
Their Catholic ceremony took place at St Francis of Assisi in Frisco Tx and let me tell you its my favorite church hands down to this day. It is so beautiful with so many beautiful details, high ceilings and just breath taking all together. Eric and her dad shared a first look and so did Erica and Phillip. They have been married from a couple years now but decided to get married through the church in front of their kids, family and friends. It was such a lovely ceremony. Their grand exit consisted of a carriage ride making their day that more magical.
The reception took place at The Lucky Spur Ranch in Justin, TX. The venue was beyond perfect for their theme and guest count. If you get a chance to look it up please do so you wont be disappointed, also if your looking for a venue for your wedding look no further this place is the perfect place for you, it has it all!
Cocktail hour was super chill, if you didn't mind the heat lol. It was the hottest day in Texas so far that day but sweating off your make up was so worth it lol. They had a carriage ride entrance, Their kids got the party started with some awesome dance moves, Their oldest daughter sang 2 special songs for mom and dad, and moms brother and his girlfriend surprised them with a special performance.
Erica and Phillip also had some special treats for the kids and the adults. What better way to enjoy a wedding if your little then having your face painted and if your a grown up you got to watch how they make a cigar and enjoy one after.
I enjoyed this wedding so much and I think I cried a little more then I usually do at weddings with their wedding but hey its ok, it just shows I'm human.
